Gender Pay Reporting

Parker Building Supplies welcomes the introduction of gender pay gap reporting and presents its report. Any questions can be raised with Sadie Cripps, Human Resources Manager.

The reporting guidelines set out what companies must report about their staff: -

The mean and median difference (in percentage terms) between the pay of men and women throughout the organisation;

• The mean difference in percentage terms between the pay of men and the pay of women is 4.32%

• The median difference in percentage terms between the pay of men and the pay of women is -(1.38%)

Dividing the organisation into four pay quartiles, the percentage of men and women in each quartile is as follows: -



The mean and median percentage difference in bonus paid to men and women;

• The mean difference in percentage terms between bonus paid to men and bonus paid to women is 8.93%

• The median difference in percentage terms between bonus paid to men and bonus paid to women is – (6.22%)

The percentage of men and women who receive a bonus;

• The proportion of men receiving a bonus is 94.56% and the proportion of women receiving a bonus is 78.94%
