Parker Building Supplies team up
with Kent County Cricket Club

NO BOUNDARIES FOR KENT CCC
AND PARKERS PARTNERSHIP

As temperatures soared for the 215th first-class match between Kent and Sussex County Cricket Clubs, Kent CCC’s Commercial Director Emma Santer announced that Parker Building Supplies have become official partners of the club as part of a three year deal.

The match, sponsored by Parkers, at the Nevill Ground, Tunbridge Wells in the Specsavers County Championship, resulted in a victory for the home side by 147 runs, setting the tone for a winning partnership.

Parkers’ Marketing and Communications Manager Jamie Pierce said: “We’re delighted to have become official partners of Kent Cricket. We’ve been working with the club over the last few years and feel it is the right time to take the next step in our partnership with the club.

“We are all looking forward to working with the club and getting behind Head Coach Matt Walker, his staff and the players for a great season.”

OFFICIAL PARTNERS

Kent County Cricket Club CEO, Jamie Clifford, said: “With public funding scarce, it’s great that our commercial partners such as Parker Building Supplies can support us in keeping cricket at Tunbridge Wells. We thank Tunbridge Wells Cricket Club for their continuing hospitality and hope the schedule allows us to bring more first class action to the town.”

Emma Santer added “Kent Cricket are extremely happy to be supported by Parker Building Supplies. They are a very well respected business in the South East and continue to go from strength to strength.

“It is always great for a club to have the support of local businesses, particularly when they have a shared desire to see us succeed. We hope the partnership will continue for many years to come.”

As the leading independent and multiple national award winning Timber and Heavyside Builders' Merchant based in the South East and Kent, we at Parkers are committed to supporting local sports clubs via sponsorship and mutually beneficial trade partnerships.

We look forward to many successful seasons to come as cheerleaders for our friends at Kent Cricket.
